Body Safe

We had 4 lessons about body safe and 2 people came in each lesson, some were different some were the same. And they taught us many things about sex, sexual consent, sexual abuse, the ground rules and a free argument. And I learnt a lot about body safe. They made it easy for us to communicate and listen. They also made things interesting with the activities and videos that we did.

Sexual consent are, ask, listen, respect and reflect. When you "ask" you have to be clear with the person you're asking, you can just ask them "Wanna Netflix and chill", you have to be clear. When you listen you have to listen carefully and accept their decision. Respect, is respecting their decision and not forcing them to do something they're uncomfortable not unwilling to do. To reflect is if after you may of have not done it ask them about how they're feeling, be there for them, be supportive. Don't just think about what you want and what you need and also what you were promised.

Sexual abuse is of course pressuring them to do sexual things. If you're making them feel alone and saying hurtful things to make them do the thing you want and what you think you need. Then that's wrong.

The ground rules were simple,
1. One person speaking at a time, (If you want to talk them put up your hand.)
2. Be respectful of the things and comments you say.
3. You can zone out but if you don't want to be in the room ask your teacher.

The body Safe program made us really understand more about consent and it was fun soooo peace :))

Respiratory System

The structure and the function of the lungs. The oxygen comes through the nostrils and nasal passage and travels down the trachea and split through brochiole tubes and provides air int the lungs, and it comes out turning the oxygen to carbon dioxide. The alveoli exchanges gases and the bronchus allows the oxygen to filter into the alveoli.
